  1. I'm almost 45 years old and let me tell you. I do not like to be overweight, I have to admit I love to eat but that does not mean that you have to skip meals, I tried everything that you can possible imagine to loose weight (diets, pills, etc.) nothing worked.
    One day I read something that changed my mind and stop trying to look for different kinds of ways to loose weight.

    Never skip breakfast but a healthy and delicious meal and I can assure you this will give you the great change to loose weight.
